2. Alcoholic drinks
Too much alcoholic drinks make it difficult for a person to process new information or remember things. Additionally, too much alcohol can lead to memory loss and sleep disruption.
3. Soda, sports drinks, energy drinks, and fruit juices
These are packed with sugar which affects the brain, negatively. Not only that, but it also increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, that is said to boost Alzheimer’s disease.
4. Fried food, including processed food
According to WebMd, these foods cause inflammation which damages the blood vessels responsible for supplying blood for the brain.
5. Refined carbs found in food like white bread and white rice increase your risk of Alzheimer’s disease
The best alternatives? Whole-grain bread, brown rice, and whole-wheat pasta.
