Along with the battle versus COVID, are some fights that are so tough to beat. Take for instance the battle vs. weight gain because of the tendency to binge on food. But why not? Shouldn’t we simply enjoy life, specially during tough times? Well, there’s really nothing wrong about eating, as long as it does not reach a state of gluttony. 4. Fried food, including processed food

5. Refined carbs found in food like white bread and white rice increase your risk of Alzheimer’s disease
