Top Five Biggest Winners of the 2021 AutoDeal Awards:

1. AutoDeal Online Customer Service Award – Mazda Philippines

Acknowledged as the best brand overall. Received the highest average lead-to-sale conversion rate of any brand on the platform, which means they were the most successful in aiding a customer through the purchase journey all the way through to purchase and they received the highest ratio of positive feedback from customers

2. The AutoDeal Dealer of the Year Award – Mitsubishi Global City

Recognized as the best performing individual dealer out of 450!
It posted 101 sales on AutoDeal in 2021, hitting an average conversion rate of almost 10%. (9.97%) – Business Response time of 21 minutes. So basically 1 in every 10 leads they nurtured all the way to a sale.

3. The AutoDeal Consumer Choice Award – Geely Coolray

Based on customer feedback on vehicles purchased via AutoDeal’s marketplace. Scores were based on overall satisfaction with car performance and ownership experience covering after-sales services.

4. AutoDeal Agent of the Year Award

Winner: Darz Delim – Mitsubishi Global City (44 sales, from 330 leads in 2021 – 13% conversion rate)
1st runner-up: Maryjane Narvasa – Mitsubishi Global City (29 sales, 259 leads – 11% conversion rate)
2nd runner-up: Rhea Recinto – Geely Lipa- 21 sales, 211 leads, 9.95% conversion rate)
This award represents the sales agents with excellent customer service.

5. Lucky audiences
